About
Erisa.
Over three decades of experience have taught us that 401(k) plans aren’t just paperwork. The real measure is when employers feel proud of the plan they’ve put in place, and employees feel secure about what’s ahead. That’s how businesses stay stronger, and people retire better.
Our Philosophy.
Our Mission
We believe retirement should be something people look forward to. Employees should feel confident about their future, and employers should feel proud of the plans they’ve put in place. That’s why we help companies offer competitive benefits and better planning experiences—so retirement feels like an achievement, not a burden.
Our Values
We value clarity, honesty, and trust. Our promise is simple: your business and your employees come first. Everything we do—our advice, our service, our oversight—flows from that commitment.
Our Beliefs
Retirement planning should be intentional. A good plan doesn’t just meet requirements; it’s designed, communicated, and managed for long-term success. That means measurable outcomes: stronger businesses, higher retention, and employees who can actually retire with confidence.
We believe in doing things right, every time. That means proactive service, coordinated oversight, and strategies that work in practice, not just on paper. Our role is to simplify complexity, uncover opportunities, and keep every plan aligned with its purpose—so employers and employees alike see the difference.

Our Heritage.
We started in 1992 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, as an investment advisory firm with a simple aim: help businesses give their people better retirements. From day one, it’s been about practical guidance, client focus, and a healthy respect for fiduciary duty — and that hasn’t changed.
As clients asked for more, we grew. By the early 2000s, plan administration and recordkeeping had become part of the picture. Not as a bolt-on, but as a way to make the whole process work together. One roof. One system. One team focused on outcomes instead of paperwork.
And when technology couldn’t keep up, we built our own. In 2015, we stopped waiting for the market to catch up and started designing tools ourselves. Smarter automation. Cleaner data. Smoother client experiences. It wasn’t innovation for its own sake - it was necessity.
That’s still how we work today. Forward-looking, hands-on, and focused on what actually matters: plans that run better, employers who feel in control, and employees who can retire with confidence.
