Viewing Employee Contribution Rates

From the Participants List – Multiple Employees #

Go to Participants and click on “Load Participant – Detailed View”. Then click “Search”. This will return a list of all the employees in your plan(s) that we have on file in our system.

Your employees’ contribution rates will be visible in the Pre-tax %, Pre-tax $, Roth %, and Roth $ columns. You can add or remove columns. The dollar amounts are the deduction amount per pay period.

If you do not see these columns in your list, click the filter icon on the top right of the participant list grid and click the column names that you would like to add or remove.

You can export this list to PDF or to an Excel file.

From the Participants List – Single Employee #

Go to Participants and click on “Load Participant – Detailed View”. Then click “Search”. This will return a list of all the employees in your plan(s) that we have on file in our system.

Click on the name of the employee you would like to view and their contribution rates will be shown in the popover window.

Export a Contribution Rate Report From the Report Center #

Go to the Report Center and click on “Reports I’ve Requested”. Next, click the “Request New Report” button and select the Current Deferrals Report.

Next, select your plan and move it to the selected plan window using the arrow buttons. Once the plan has been moved to the selected window on the right, click the “Submit Report” button.

Your report will begin processing and you will receive an email notification once it’s available back in the Report Center under “Reports I’ve Requested”.
